NO REFUND POLICY/REPLACEMENT ONLY
Thank you for purchasing our products. At MuslimFizz we are dedicated to enhance your spiritual experience with our commitment to a high standard service, of a quality product. All of our products have been checked by Quality Control before being posted and therefore, should reach you in perfect condition.
However, we do understand the product can be damaged in transit before opening the package; you are well within your statutory rights to ask for a full refund or replacement. We can only refund unopened packages that have been damaged from the outside.
WE WILL BE UNABLE TO REFUND ANY USED PRODUCTS DUE TO HYGEINE. ANY OPENED PACKAGES WILL BE NON REFUNDABLE.

- RETURNED WITHIN 14 DAYS

- We will confirm how and where to return and provide details of the refund or replacement status and update you, once we receive the return.
